🎤Went to MDRT conferences every year. Picked the marketing sessions specifically. Took notes. Went home and tried the exact same tools. They never worked for me.

Over eight years, I spent more than $15,000 trying to crack consistent lead generation. And I still didn't have a system.

The Breaking Point

The Moment I Realized I Had Nothing to Give

Then I became an agency leader. I managed 120 agents. Ten of them became multi-year MDRT producers under my leadership.

And I realized something painful.

The ideas I had in my head — built from years of advising clients, leading a team, and working in technology consulting across Melbourne, Singapore, and Southeast Asia — AI helped me get them out faster, sharper, and at scale.

That's when I saw it clearly.
